The Capacity Question
This is the cleanest spec gap.
IKEA's US complete-desk page for the 63 inch IDÅSEN lists a 154 lb max load. IKEA's IDÅSEN sit/stand underframe page and the US advice document list 165 lb (75 kg). Those are IKEA's own figures, and they do not match. Do not average them. Treat 154 lb as the complete-desk listing and 165 lb as the underframe/manual listing, then stay under both if you buy IDÅSEN.
UPLIFT lists the V3 at 355 lb lifting capacity. That is a lifting rating, not a parked static-load figure, so it still should not be subtracted from IKEA's max-load number as if they were the same lab test. Even with that caveat, the V3's published headroom is much larger.
Owner reports on IKEA's US IDÅSEN page split on this. Some owners describe the desk as supporting significant weight. At least one owner with a small PC and two monitors (about 50 lb, in that report) said the lift often paused and needed the switch toggled more than once.
